Kangaroo Camping – Cancellation policy

  1. Where 28 days notice for cancellation is given there is no charge
  2. Notice given between 14 to 28 days before date of tour will be charged equivalent of 10% of the total booking
  3. Notice given between 72 hrs and 14 days before date of tour will be charged equivalent of 50% of the total booking
  4. Notice given less than 72 hrs before check in 100% of total booking will be charged
  5. Where a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to bad weather conditions 100% of money will be refunded.
  6. Kangaroo Camping reserves the right to cancel bookings for “No Shows”
  7. Refunds will only be given if the above conditions are met, refunds will not be given if the customers change their mind or their circumstances change.
  8. Prices and Conditions subject to change without notification.
